Working on roofs is extremely dangerous, and we can’t emphasize enough that safety is truly our number one, highest priority of any job we work on. If a job doesn’t have a safety plan (or a budget to include one), we don’t do the job at all. It’s that simple.
We employ a full-time safety department, and we spend over $1M annually on safety planning, implementation, training & monitoring.

After implementing a variety of safety systems on job sites, we quickly realized how it not only protects our employees, but in many cases our systems are protecting fellow tradesmen, customers, customers’ property, customers’ tenants etc.
In fact, we’ve had countless situations in which our guardrail systems prevented other tradesmen from falling a great distance, likely having saved their lives.
While anyone that hires us for roofing will receive the benefit of our safety program, we offer independent safety consulting and implementation to select customers. Should you have a need or interest in utilizing our roof safety systems for other trades or purposes, please contact us.
We have developed an in-house mobile app that assists with many aspects of our work, but safety is one of the primary focuses. Throughout the duration of each job we perform several safety-related inspections including photos and documentation at various sequences.
