Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

The Salesman / Estimator will provide commercial roofing formal bids and / or budgets through interpreting plans, specifications, performing take-offs and estimating job costs. The salesman / estimator will be in direct communication with clients and their representatives to ensure that our estimates meet their needs and requirements.

• Completing bid opportunities in an efficient and accurate manner
• Business development: Events, creating new relationships
• Understanding job specific plan sets and specifications
• Keeping up to date information in Salesforce platform
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsfot Excel
• Excellent customer service Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to work with others well
• 3 + years commercial roofing estimating required
• EDGE and Bluebeam knowledge is a plus

Salary range:
$80,000 – $120,000 annually DOE
Pre-Structured no cap bonus program in place with earning potential upwards of $150,000+
